Crawfish Boil!

Yesterday Kim and Jason hosted a crawfish boil for Jason's B-day with Friends and family. There were 3 huge pots boiling up the 250 lbs. of mudbugs and veggies all at once. The roar of the burners going sounded like a jet plane taking off and the aroma in the air was mouth watering.

Kim and Jason finally getting to sit down and
enjoy some crawfish.

Happy Birthday Jason!

Construction site

Saturday we had 13 trees cut down. It looked like were were having our house tore down, with all the equipment. They had a huge stump grinder, a bob cat, dump trucks, chain saws going.. it was all very loud!
Our yard looks so much better... it is more open and you can see our house from the road better. It is amazing how may trees we have.. because we still have a yard full!

Girls night out!

Last weekend my childhood friend Dana
came down from Tulsa to celebrate our
Birthdays! Her, Toni, Courtney and I
got pedicures.
Then we met up with the guys and
Steph at The Gooses Acre. We sat outside
on the waterway and had a blast!

GO STROS!!!

Last night Brian and I went to
the Astros home opener game.

The Stros keep us on the edge
of our seats. It was tied up in the
ninth 3-3 then Miguel Tejada's
two-run homer in the bottom of the
ninth rescued Houston, as the Astros
blew a three-run lead ending us in
victory 5-3!!! It was a play-off
atmosphere.

Looking forward to our next game!!
