I'm trying to get rid of the BRASS! As I prep the metal I think, Yikes... and then...I can't help but to think, it can't be worse than what it already is... Right? As Frankie would say "If it's brass it can kiss my a**!"
After a day out shopping in Harwin with some girlfriends. I came home to see how the floor was coming along. I was so impressed. Brian's first tile job- you would have thought he was a pro! I am so proud of my handy man. When he is all done he will have to write this in the book for one of his greatest accomplishments.

Brian and I stayed up til the wee hours in the morning Friday night to scrap the bathroom floor. Not an easy job. It is now two days later and still sore with blisters and brused felt hands.
We celebrated Cinco De Mayo a few hours early at one of our best friends house's-Stephanie and Greg's. They had salsa music, Mexican food and of course a margarita machine! Fun had by all!
This evening we celebrated Riley our sweet nieces 1st Birthday! She got lots of pretty little outfits for the summer, a bathing suit for every day of the week and a few new pairs of shoes (a girl can never have to many shoes!) and a couple of new books!
