All Aboard!
Saturday- Sutton's soccer game was rained out so we caught up on chores.
Sunday- Sutton and I got to have a "big girl day", we went to the book store, and took the trolley to Market Street to have lunch. She felt so special! :) Charlee stayed home with Brian- to nap and cheer on the Texans. It was a good day.

Sutton's first day of Pre-K
Sutton's first day of Pre-K - The morning started out great, we got up early, had Sutton's favorite breakfast, "egg in a hole". Snapped some pictures, to capture the first day. Got little sister up, she had eggs, banana, and milk. Then piled in the van and off to school.
Sutton's school is at the church- the parking lot is HUGE. We drive around trying to find the best parking, closest to the entrance. Charlee startschocking coughing and then throws up all over herself, the third row seats of the van and floor between Sutton and her. The whole car erupts with screaming and crying tears and boo hoos. I am gagging, nearly about to lose my egg in hole. My sense of smell these days is at its all time best...pregnancy plus! Now we have to drive away from everyone, to the far corner of the parking lot... to calm the girls down. Brian opens both doors of the van and I jump out gagging and gasping for air. Sutton and Charlee are still screaming crying. People are starting to stare look... probably thinking that poor girls doesn't want to go to school! I finally get Charlee out of the car, take her clothes off... of course I don't have a change of clothes, I manage to find a shirt in the back and a towel to lay her on so she isn't in the pool of yuck in her car seat. In the meantime, Sutton has calmed down. We drive back to park closer to the entrance. We all walk into the School, I am praying Charlee doesn't do "it" again. We make it, in and out! Sutton is all smiles! When we picked Sutton up, she was so excited to tell us ALL about her day! I would say...The First Day was very eventful, BUT a huge success!

Fun at the Oasis.
At 100+ degrees there is only one place to be, poolside! Saturday we spent the day at Oasis. We enjoyed snow cones, balloons, face painting, swimming, and s'mores.

Locks of Love
This week we donated Sutton's hair to Locks of Love, making this her first "big girl" haircut and a special one at that...donating 11 inches of her hair to this very special organization.
Some of you may already be familiar with Locks of Love, but for those of you who are not, I'd like to take a moment to tell you a little bit about them. Locks of Love is a non-profit organization that makes wigs for children (in the US and Canada) who have long term hair loss due to a long-term medical condition. The hair pieces are made for financially disadvantaged children who may not otherwise be able to afford a quality wig. The organization's mission is to "return a sense of self confidence, and normalcy to children suffering from hair loss".

TOO Big TOO Fast!
Charlee has gotten too big to be in the back of the Burley carrier. :( We normally lay her down in the back, she stares up as as we exercise. Today she could not be happier being with her Big Sis!
I know- one picture would have been plenty to post.. but I just love these facial expressions.

Crabby and Stingray!
Sutton and Madeline played for HOURS with their new friends "Crabby and Stingray". They were feeding the Stingray pine needles and pool water though its tail.... Who knew stingrays ate and drank though their tails! Got to love little imaginations.

So beach week is around the corner. We have been spending our family time on the streets, trying to get in shape! The girls have been troupers!
